Fortunately, though, there are lots of ways to make a PowerPoint presentation easier to write, such as making the presentation quicker and getting ideas out of your head.For those who are not yet using PowerPoint, you should start by saving your document as a PDF or Microsoft Office Ready format. Save it in this format to ensure that it is easy to open in PowerPoint. After saving it, you should try to rearrange it so that it is easier to read. You should also try a variety of different fonts to see what works best for you. Of course, you should always read any directions on how to insert a file in PowerPoint, but here are some guidelines that can help you start your presentation.Start by putting the font for the title of the PowerPoint presentation that you want to write. On most systems, you should be able to just click on the title bar, press F7 to open the font control panel, and choose the fonts that you want. On newer versions of Windows, the font control panel is under the 'system' menu.Next, look over the document and get rid of all the distracting images and color schemes. Focus on the text and figure backgrounds, and if possible remove the other items from the screen. You should also use the checkboxes to make sure that the list of items matches the slides. By doing this, you should be able to work through the document more easily and make sure that you're on the right track.Once you have finished writing your PowerPoint presentation, it's now time to put it into PowerPoint. Save the document to a PDF or Microsoft Office Ready format and you should be good to go. After you've saved it, try reading it aloud.
